Claydon machinery is developed on a working farm by farmers for farmers. It is tried and tested in real farming conditions in a real farm environment before bringing to market. The Claydon Farm has not been ploughed since 2002 and the family establishes around 400 hectares in an autumn drilling season with a single 6m Claydon Drill and a single tractor. Further hectares are drilled on contract.
Claydon Drill is a globally recognised manufacturer of innovative agricultural machinery, known for its advanced drilling systems that help farmers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance soil health. With a strong international presence, the brand engages with distributors, dealers, and customers across multiple regions, requiring a seamless digital ecosystem to manage enquiries, leads, and customer relationships.
A robust WordPress–Salesforce integration was implemented to streamline lead management and improve sales efficiency. The Claydon Drill website, built on WordPress CMS, was seamlessly connected with Salesforce to automatically sync website enquiries, contact forms, and distributor requests into the CRM in real time.
Custom workflows were configured to route leads to the correct sales or distributor teams based on region, product interest, and enquiry type. This integration ensured that no enquiry was lost, while providing the sales team with complete visibility into customer interactions. Advanced security measures were implemented to protect sensitive customer data, ensuring compliance and system reliability without impacting site performance.
